MAC Clinical Research manages clinical trials for the pharmaceutical industry and we are seeking to appoint a Patient Engagement Services Coordinator who is keen to learn and make a positive impact in a world-leading Clinical Development Organisation. The focus of this role is to work as part of the clinical team to provide a first point of contact for chats across all MAC sites, including follow up and maintaining rapport.
To be responsible for the pre-study visit activities
To develop the chat documents and guides used in the chat visit
To maintain accurate metrics relating to chat conversion rates
To support acquiring Medical Histories
To support the review of Medical History Criteria
BSc(Hons) Healthcare Science/nursing
Demonstrable experience in local chat provider role (desirable)
Clinical experience (desirable)
Ability to work as part of a team(essential)
Computer literacy (essential)
Excellent communication skills (essential)
Willingness to travel frequently between sites to perform job role – driving licence essential.
