ASSISTANT LABORATORY MANAGER

MAC Clinical Research is expanding. We are a full-service global Clinical Trials Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with a network of research sites across the country and our mission is to serve with honesty and integrity, with the aim to make an outstanding contribution to human health.


We have an exciting new vacancy available for an Assistant Laboratory Manager.


The focus of this new role is to assist the laboratory management team and to support MAC sites to achieve MAC targets.

We are looking for a talented scientist with the ability to perform their duties with limited need for supervision and a desire to contribute to the growth of MAC Clinical Research. The ideal candidate will be an individual with strong lab experience who is looking to take the next step in their career

LOCATION:

This role will be Manchester based (occasional travel to other MAC sites may be required).

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is capable of working with our friendly and ever-expanding team.

The successful candidates must hold at least a BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science or equivalent, have significant experience working in a regulated laboratory environment and have International English Language Testing System (IELTS)/OET proficiency at the time of post commencement, as appropriate.

Starting salary within range £25k - £35k per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. Competitive salary in keeping with laboratory research industry standards and will reflect experience
