CLINICAL RESEARCH PHYSICIAN - PSYCHIATRIST

MAC Clinical Research manages clinical trials for the pharmaceutical industry and we are seeking to appoint a Psychiatrist - to join our team and make a positive impact in a world-leading Clinical Research Organisation. This role can be part time and ideal for psychiatrists working as Staff Grade , Senior Registrars or Consultants.
This role is to be base at either our Manchester or Liverpool Clinics, with travel between both as required.
The purpose of this role is to provide psychiatric input and assist MAC clinical and medical team in execution and conduct of clinical trials .
Provision of medical care and oversight of clinical trial participants in Neuroscience/ Adult Psychiatry/ Old Age Psychiatry/ Psychedelic clinical trials.
Provide training on Psychiatric scales for other clinical staff.
Full and current GMC registration (essential)
Minimum of 4 years post-graduation experience in Psychiatry (essential)
Post graduate qualification in Psychiatry (essential) for eg MRCPsychiatry or Diploma in Psychiatry
CCT/ on GMC specialist register for Psychiatry (desirable)
Experience in Drug Addiction or Psychedelics (desirable)
Pharmaceutical experience (desirable)
