Our company is growing and so is our IT department!

We have a new opening for 1st/2nd line Desktop Support Engineer to work within our busy IT team located in our Manchester clinic.

It’s planned that this role will predominantly involve providing remote support and assistance for the company’s end users. This is an increasingly busy role and so we’re looking for people with a can-do attitude, a natural ability and interest for IT and technical problem solving.

You’d need to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10/11. Ideally you’ll have knowledge of Microsoft Servers (Physical/Virtual/Azure) and of network infrastructures, however, this is not an essential requirement as full training will be given to the right candidate.
