We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and ambitious marketing professional to be part of our B2B marketing team. We are seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing and Communications Executive to join us in making a positive impact in a growing and progressive business. This is a full-time, remote-based role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a creative role where content is king. We want to engage, inform, and educate our business-to-business audience with clear, compelling, and thought-leading content that will support our strategic goal of demonstrating our expertise and credibility within the clinical research market, on a global scale. As part of this, you will create content, write articles and blogs, and support the development of marketing materials and literature.
You will lead our social media communications, nurturing and growing our online audience with a strong social media strategy using a mix of organic and paid-for activities. Expanding our network on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram will be a key focus for this role, with a view to testing new digital marketing initiatives that will drive brand awareness and generate leads to support business development.
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role – b2b preferred
Strong copywriting skills desirable, with a flair for driving key messaging and writing creative and engaging content
Experience in using Canva or other design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar
Demonstrate an understanding and competency in social media marketing
Experience creating and managing organic social media campaigns and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Experience creating and managing paid social media and Microsoft/Google campaigns
Be results-driven with the ability to determine and articulate campaign effectiveness
Proficient in the utilisation of social media marketing tools such as Sprout Social
Proficient at using various analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush etc.)
Computer literacy - Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
Have excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
Be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
Ability to work independently, without direct supervision and as part of a team
Be innovative and creative, bring fresh ideas to the table
Experience using social media automation software such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite
DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Experience in creating video content
Experience in email marketing platforms
Knowledge of SEO and the best practices involved in making content optimised for SERP’s
Knowledge and experience in optimising landing pages for lead generation
PR experience
