RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to join our dedicated team in Leeds. This role is part time, working 15 hours per week on either a Monday/Tuesday or Monday/Friday to be agreed prior to starting with us.
FOCUS OF THE JOB: To provide comprehensive administrative support, in order to enable the smooth running of the MAC Clinical Research Team activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deal with all administrative aspects of arranging study subject appointments in a timely and efficient manner promoting a positive image of MAC Clinical Research.
Reporting of project statistics as required.
Deal with incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Enter study subject details on paperwork / systems as necessary.
Ensure that study subject files are available for the day’s study subjects.
Present a positive image of MAC Clinical Research to GP surgeries when contacting them.
Set up of source notes for the day’s study subjects.
Identify opportunities to increase study subject numbers.
Understand and apply protocol criteria.
Data Quality across all aspects of study management.
Retrieve study subject medical records from GP surgeries where appropriate.
Type and send company letters/emails.
Ensure a welcoming and clean, safe and pleasant environment for study subjects, along with all tasks relating to their comfort, appointments and travel arrangements.
Answer the phone and make sure in periods of absence it is covered by a member of staff at all times, whilst dealing with telephone and email enquiries/communications in a timely manner and conveying messages to the team in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain and adequately plan stationary stock levels for the site.
Understand the requirements of GCP and work within them.
