RECEPTIONIST/ADMINSTRATOR

We are looking for a motivated Receptionist/Administrator to support our dedicated team in Glasgow. The role is full time and onsite, however, job share would be considered. Clinic hours are 08:30 until 16:30 but there may be occasions where the start or finish time could vary, we’d like to hear from candidates that are able to be flexible with their working times.
The focus of this role is to provide comprehensive receptionist and administrative support, to enable the smooth running of the MAC Clinical Research Team activities.
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
You’ll need to have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to communicate on all levels with
Experienced in prioritising workloads
Have a keen eye for the details
Experience of working in a medical setting such as clinical research, GP practice or NHS hospital
RESPONSIBILITIES:
All administrative tasks involved with study subject recruitment
Maintain data quality in variety of reception and admin duties including data input
Promote a positive image of MAC with customers and study subjects
Be aware of your own workload and the workload of others and provide assistance where appropriate

Position is office based, use of computers (office software suite and web-based applications)
