RECEPTIONIST/ADMINSTRATOR

We are looking for a motivated Receptionist/Administrator to support our dedicated team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
The focus of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support, and to enable the smooth running of the MAC Clinical Research Team activities.
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
You’ll need to have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to communicate on all levels with
Experienced in prioritising workloads
Have a keen eye for the details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
All administrative tasks involved with study subject recruitment
Maintain data quality in variety of reception and admin duties including data input
Promote a positive image of MAC with customers and study subjects
Be aware of your own workload and the workload of others and provide assistance where appropriate
PHYSICAL, WORK ENVIRONMENT, TRAVEL DEMANDS:
Position is office based, use of computers (office software suite and web-based applications)
